Anthony did not say "Wherever women gather together, Failure is Impossible". According to Ida Husted Harper in Life and Work Vol 3. she did say "Failure is Impossible".
Each of the women illustrated above the quote were a great part of the Suffrage movement that fought so tirelessly for women’s rights and the right to vote in the US.
